Senior International Trade Specialist Mark Fleming covers the Energy, Environmental Technology, Design & Construction, and Agribusiness sectors for the U.S. Commercial Service New York office.  Prior to joining the Commercial Service in summer 2020 Mark worked as an International Relations Specialist/Presidential Management Fellow (PMF) at the U.S. Dept. of the Interior, where he focused on offshore energy operations, and as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he specialized in change management and organizational change.
