Mark Coe
Mark Coe is the Business Development Director for Lendlease’s New York Construction business. Mark has nearly four decades of New York construction experience, having managed all phases of project life cycles as a client, owner’s representative and construction manager. In his role, he leverages his hands-on understanding of construction and wide range of stakeholder perspectives to develop new client relationships / grow existing ones, explores market sector expansion opportunities and supports the sales efforts of the New York Principal in Charges.
Directly prior to joining Lendlease, Mark was a Senior Director / Business Development for CBRE’s project management group. Other industry positions he’s held include Vice President / Project Executive for Plaza Construction, Director of Construction for Kushner Companies, Vice President of Design & Construction at Vornado Realty Trust, and Project Executive at Gotham Construction. He also spent 12 years at Lendlease in New York when it was known as Lehrer McGovern Bovis. His portfolio of diverse project experience extends from large-scale mixed use, hospitality and residential to commercial, tenant fit-out and retail and encompasses new construction, renovations, and conversions.
Mark is active in the New York construction marketplace through affiliations with REBNY, CoreNet, and is on the Board of Directors for the ACE Mentor Program. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University.
