Luke Robinson currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Leasing for the United States and Canada at WeWork. With a wealth of experience in driving revenue for the company, Luke has been an integral part of WeWork's journey.

Having joined WeWork a decade ago, Luke's dedication and expertise have established him as one of the company's most tenured employees. In 2016, he played a pivotal role in the launch of WeWork's Enterprise business, serving as a Director and contributing to the global expansion of this product offering for the subsequent four years.

In 2020, Luke channeled his experience into a new role, Head of Leasing for Tri-State. In running WeWork’s largest global region through a time of unprecedented uncertainty, his resilience and strategic leadership positioned the company to lead a shift towards workplace flexibility in a market heavily impacted by the pandemic. 

In October 2021, Luke further expanded his responsibilities to oversee WeWork’s entire leasing business across the United States and Canada. In this role, he leads a national team across more than 38 markets. 

Luke holds a Bachelor's Degree from Ithaca College, and was born and raised in the Tri-State area.
