Louis Katsos, a seasoned professional with over four decades in New York's real estate sector, stands out as a recognized leader with 35+ years of executive experience, including roles at Tishman and as the current President of Jekmar Associates Inc. His firm, Jekmar Associates Inc., consults on projects exceeding 3 million square feet, spanning residential, mixed-use, and hotel developments. Lou's expertise extends to overseeing the construction of over 15 million square feet of high-rise buildings and managing corporate oversight of millions more. Beyond his role in shaping the New York skyline, he plays a pivotal role in facilitating foreign investment in real estate projects as a Member of the NYIFund. Lou is also known for his leadership in various organizations, such as the East Mediterranean Business Culture Alliance/EMBCA, Inc., and his contributions to education as an Adjunct Assistant Professor.
