Liz Ezratty

Executive Director of Pathways to Industrial & Construction Careers, NYC Human Resources Administration
Program operations and data analytics professional with ten years experience working in NYC government at the Department of Social Services/Human Resources Administration. Liz is currently the Executive Director of Pathways to Industrial and Construction Careers, NYC’s award of the federal Good Jobs Challenge workforce grant. Starting from scratch she has worked to build out a new workforce program at HRA Career Services  aimed at getting New Yorkers with low-income and resources well-paid jobs that come with benefits or are unionized. Prior to her current role, she analyzed large administrative datasets and used data to evaluate and monitor program performance in order to inform policy decisions in the cash assistance, workforce, and SNAP programs. Before joining NYC government, she wrote and presented reports on the intersection of education and family planning decisions among mothers experiencing homelessness, employment patterns of parents living family shelters, and the effects of rapid re-housing on family and child well being at the Institute for Children, Poverty, and Homelessness. She holds a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health and a BA from Barnard College.
