Lisa Moving has dedicated 24 years to Turner Construction Company, progressing through various roles to her current position as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). In this capacity, Lisa leads and oversees all internal DE&I initiatives for a workforce exceeding 12,000 employees. She is instrumental in developing and refining strategies that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion, focusing on employee growth, performance management, mobility, and development. Lisa's responsibilities include managing Turner's Diversity Advocate Network, the Inclusion Action Committee and overseeing the company’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) ensuring that these groups are empowered and effective in fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
