Kimberley Green

Principal Consultant , Mott MacDonald

Kimberley is a Principal Consultant at Mott MacDonald, working to expand the company’s infrastructure advisory services on the East Coast. Central to Kimberley’s work is ensuring that clients prioritise social value and aim to deliver more equitable outcomes for local communities impacted by infrastructure planning, design, and delivery from program outset. Prior to joining Mott MacDonald’s North America business, Kimberley held the role of UK and Europe Practice Lead for Social Outcomes, where she led a network of over 100 equity practitioners and champions and oversaw the growth of in-demand equity services including social value and social procurement, accessibility and inclusive design and gender inclusion. Kimberley works sector-agnostic, having delivered programs and projects in the areas transportation, energy and the built environment for notable clients including the UK Government, Transport for London and, most recently, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Prior to joining Mott MacDonald, Kimberley managed equity and inclusion programs across Europe, the Middle East and Africa in the areas of inclusive education, health systems strengthening and women’s economic empowerment.  Kimberley has a Master of Science in Gender, Development and Globalisation from the London School of Economics. Kimberley is a fellow of the Urban Design Forum, where she applies her passion for equity, social value, and community benefits planning to contribute to a more equitable New York City.
