Kerry Nolan
Kerry A. Nolan is an Architect with more than 20 years of expertise leading project teams through the development of design and construction documents, and coordinating the work of the consultant team. She is on the Advisory Board of the American Institute of Architects New York Women in Architecture group and on the Oculus Committee.
Kerry was one of the founding members of Open Channel, BBB's Employee Resource Group for DEI initiatives as well as a member of the Mentorship Committee. She was recently appointed to the BBB Construction Administration Leadership Group with a focus on Quality Control / Quality Assurance standards.
As a former co-chair of the AIANY Women in Architecture Committee she started the Girls Build! program focusing on introducing girls from the ages of 11-16 to the field of architecture. She also founded the Honoring Women Fellows Happy Hour event and the Architectural Boat Tour that focused on women- designed and built work around the island of Manhattan. Both programs have become part of WIA's yearly programming.
