As Chief Operating Officer, Kelly is responsible for the operations of Creative Materials Corporation, as well as talent and organizational strategies. She brings over 10 years of experience to Creative Materials, initially joining in 2019 as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining, Kelly progressed in roles of increasing responsibility in Human Resources and Operations at General Electric. Through those years, she was able to build both a solid HR and Operations foundation – including experience with lean methodologies, six sigma, and agile – focusing on organizational performance and growth. She has leadership experience in industrial, corporate, and shared services organizations as well as experience in publicly traded, privately-owned, and non-profit settings. Additionally, Kelly brings experience prior to GE as an HR Leader of a privately owned organization that sells and services industrial food equipment. Kelly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Cortland and an MBA as well as a Certificate in HR Management from Union Graduate College. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Women@Work.
