Kaushal is a Deputy Project Manager in the Project Controls group at AECOM Metro New York. He started his career as a Project Engineer in Mumbai, India before moving to New York to pursue his graduate degree. In his current role, Kaushal works on project controls and project management for a number of public-sector clients, such as the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and the New York City Economic Development Corporation. His projects include Willets Point in Queens, which comprises basic infrastructure, school, affordable housing, and commercial development. Kaushal is an active member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the ACE Mentor Program of Greater New York. He earned a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Columbia University.
