Mr. Colander has a decade of experience with Tishman Speyer where is he currently responsible for residential acquisitions, development, and asset management in New York City and Jersey City. Kasey oversees asset management for a completed residential portfolio of 2,500 units with a value over $2B and is currently working on the development of an additional 2,000 units with capitalized development costs above $1B. He serves on the board of the Fulton Mall Improvement Association and Colgate Center POA and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Colander graduated magna cum laude from the Business School at George Washington University with a BBA and a concentration in Finance and Economics.
