Karolina throughout her life always had a keen eye for design and a passion for wood flooring. Karolina began her career in the flooring industry 9 years ago working her way up to the Chief Operating Officer/ Managing Partner position for Allstate Flooring. Karolina wears many hats in the business, from managing multiple boutique wood flooring showrooms in N.Y. to estimates, managing floor installations at construction sites and closing sales with Architects, Designers and Developers. Karolina has developed and maintained strong personal relationships with contractors, distributors and other industry professionals whom she credits for her personal and business growth, and her knowledge of the industry. Karolina strives to be actively involved in local design, architectural and construction communities and constantly seeks for female equality in construction field. She takes advantage of any opportunity to share her technical knowledge of the Wood Flooring industry with her work colleagues, homeowners, designers and architects by hosting multiple events throughout the year for industry professionals to gain their CEU Credits and knowledge in wood flooring. Karolina is also a a supporter of IDLNY to promote and increase number of Certified Interior Designers in NY State.
