As a Design Realization Leader located in Gensler's New York office, Karen orchestrates preliminary and schematic design, construction documentation, and construction administration. Her extensive workplace experience includes projects for fashion companies, creative media, advertising, financial services firms, and professional services firms, including ING, Warburg Pincus, UBS, BNY Mellon, US Golf Association, LBrands, New Avon, and McCann. Karen manages many office-wide initiatives, including educating and mentoring, risk management strategies, and collaboration between technical directors to ensure the overall quality of project implementation. Karen is a registered architect and construction document technologist, holding a Bachelors in Architecture from Syracuse University.
