Kaitlin Magee, Assoc. DBIA, is the Practice Lead for Construction & Design-Build at Melissa Johnson Associates, responsible for developing and implementing engaging communications programs on MJA's portfolio of construction and design-build projects. She is skilled in designing powerful messaging and ensuring accessibility for all target audiences. Kaitlin has experience across a variety of city and state agencies, including the New York City Department of Transportation, New York City Department of Design & Construction, New York State Department of Transportation, and Metropolitan Transportation Authority. She implements strategic approaches that allow agencies to effectively reach stakeholders and build relationships. Kaitlin holds a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Delaware.
