Julia is a Senior Technical Advisor on the Energy Advisory Services team in the Energy group at AECOM. In this capacity, she works with clients, including national laboratories, global nonprofits, municipalities, and aviation, to chart paths to achieve net zero that address technical, regulatory, and financial issues. Julia believes that achieving net zero nationally will require creative solutions and a holistic, empathetic approach to the large problems that must be overcome. Based in Seattle, she has supported many organizations subject to building performance standards and other associated legislation and is particularly knowledgeable about navigating new energy policy while ultimately working to be net zero. Julia earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs
