Jose B. Rodriguez leads the sustainability team at Thornton Tomasetti NYC office and brings more than 15 years of experience leading, developing and directing innovative and comprehensive sustainability strategies for a broad range of facilities. His expertise encompasses sustainability reporting, energy efficiency analysis, green building certifications like LEED, WELL, LBC, and Green Globes, health and wellness research and education, greenhouse gas GHG, policy standards, energy code analysis, water efficiency, and carbon metrics analysis. He specializes in the analysis of energy systems in new and existing buildings and the implementation of applied technologies to achieve high-performance and low carbon. Jose is past chair of the AIA Chicago COTE; and serves in the US Architects Declare Steering Committee.
