Mr. Perez’s leadership and technical expertise in the construction and facilities management spans many sectors. Since 2010 Mr. Perez has been responsible for developing penetration strategies in multiple vertical markets. From 1988 through 2013 he specialized in healthcare. Over the next 10 years, Mr. Perez expanded into commercial office, industrial, hospitality, Not-For-Profit, retail, mixed-use, higher-education, cultural, themed entertainment, transportation, and ultra-high-end single family residential projects. Additionally, John has supported recruiting, and developing specialized Teams through both strategic and tactical approaches.
