I have worked in the NY Construction field since 2005. In 2020 I purchased RC Supply Corp,, (located in Freeport NY) - A Rebar Supply and Fabrication Company servicing the NY Metro Area. Each day is unique- whether I'm helping a smaller contractor decide if they should use sheets or rolls of wire mesh for the driveway they are doing, or negotiating a multi million dollar contract where we will be fabricating and delivering all the rebar in a 50 story building. Being a female owner in a world that is still predominately men has it's challenges. However, I'm happy to be 'the girl in the office' or 'the boss.' At least I get to be a part of it!
