I have spent almost two decades in the construction industry working on quality control of raw materials to now being apart of the virtual design and construction team here at JWD. I continue to find ways to be effective and efficient and help with the preconstruction planning process. I am trying to inspire other women to make the most of their career in non traditional career paths. I believe everyone deserves to do what makes them happy.
