Jeslin Varghese is the Senior Director of Sustainability at the Gateway Development
Commission, where he oversees the integration of sustainability across the $16 billion Hudson Tunnel Project. Jeslin brings extensive experience from his previous role as Director of Project Controls at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), where he played a key role in the $11 billion East Side Access project, one of the largest
transportation infrastructure undertakings in the United States. Beyond his work in
infrastructure, Jeslin is deeply committed to sustainability education. He serves as a
Guest Faculty at Cooper Union and is an active USGBC Faculty member and WELL
Faculty, where he contributes to the professional development of the next generation
of sustainability leaders.
