As Director of Field Operations, Jason Spector oversees the need and availability of Holt Construction’s workforce on construction projects company wide. He works closely with the project superintendents to provide the best and most experienced personnel for each unique project. He is responsible for training and mentoring the field team as well as setting the tone and reflecting the culture that Holt Construction is known for. With nearly three decades of construction experience he brings dependable insight and long-standing relationships in the industry to establish successful project teams.
