Jason Rosen is a seasoned security expert with over 25 years of leadership experience in U.S. Government security programs, crisis management, and facility protection. As the former Security Manager for the General Services Administration at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, he oversaw the physical security operations of a four-million-square-foot federal facility, ensuring compliance with federal security policies, countermeasure effectiveness, and emergency preparedness.

Throughout his career, Jason has managed high-profile security projects, including planning and executing security operations for the 2025 Presidential Inauguration, the 75th Anniversary of NATO, and visits by foreign dignitaries. He has served as a subject matter expert for federal agencies, contributing to interagency security policies and working groups. His expertise spans physical security design and operations, federal contracting, investigations, and crisis response HSPD12 and ICAM.

Jason holds a Master’s Certificate in Nuclear/Energy Security Policy from the National Defense University and a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He also held a PSP and has been recognized nationally for his innovative approach to security modernization and procurement efficiency. As a frequent guest speaker at security conferences, Jason shares insights on government security operations, risk mitigation, and the evolving landscape of facility protection.
