I graduated from Pratt institute with a Bachelors of Architecture and went right into the construction management field working for a CM. After a few years of working in the industry I got interested in structural engineering and went back to school for my Masters in Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering. I have experience as a draftsman working for a couple architecture firms and I have structural design experience working for WSP as well as field experience working as a site superintendent on various sized projects.   I currently work at Extell as the VP of Construction Field Operations and lead the general quality control and quality assurance operations; I assist the development of new projects from design to construction, and the turnover process of buildings from construction to final occupancy. I work alongside management services to facilitate issues such as systems and tenant needs, as well as assisting in resolving the various issues of sounds, leaks, and smells on all our projects.  Some of the most notable projects that I have been a part of are; One Manhattan Square, Brooklyn Point, and Central Park Tower. I am a NY State licensed P.E. and a NYC licenced Superintendent.
