My love for people along with meeting challenges has been my very driving force in life, especially with my family and career. I hold a degree in Accounting, but my desire for social interaction led me to a career in Sales. I was approached in 2007 by a Structural Steel Distributor to supply steel for bridge projects. I was hesitant at first, but they saw something in me that I did not. We were the 1st all-woman Sales Team in Steel Distribution, thanks to Donnie Fain, owner of MAFCO/Poseidon Barge, who saw that value Women brought to the Industry. 3 Years later, I was convinced to take a Sales position with a Structural Bolt Manufacturer. Presently, I am proud to say that I am the National Sales Specialist for Hercules Bolt Company, a Veteran Owned Small Business, who specializes in the manufacturing of anchor bolts and sag rods for the Construction Industry. As I say, we hold the world up - one building and bridge at a time. I am a 3-Term Vice-President, 5-Term Board of Director for the Women in the Fastener Industry (WIFI). I am excited to be part of NAWIC and see where this journey leads me.
