James Mannarino
James Mannarino is a Senior Project Manager for NYSERDA where he manages decarbonization initiatives in collaboration with affordable housing agency partners. To advance the climate and equity targets in New York's Climate Act, NYSERDA is working with New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR), New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), and the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) on implementing decarbonization strategies and deploying resources to improve the quality, affordability, and energy performance of affordable housing throughout New York State.
Prior to joining NYSERDA in 2020, James was a Program Manager at Partner Energy, where he managed business development and consulting services for affordable housing and utility clients in the Northeast US. James earned a BA in International Relations from Saint Joseph's University and a MSc in Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management from The New School.
