Christina Mueller is a Senior Enclosure Consultant. She serves as Intertek's Facades Manager, working primarily in the Northeast, especially NYC. With over 24 years of experience in the AEC and Legal fields, Ms. Mueller has broad experience in litigation support, QA, risk management, restoration, and general enclosure consulting. She has served as the key investigator in various CD litigation projects throughout NY, NJ, CA, CO, NV, TX, and AZ, and provides risk-management consulting on projects during construction and pre-litigation. Ms. Mueller has led multimillion-dollar restoration and National Landmark preservation design, consulting, and construction management projects in NY, VA, and CA. Since joining Intertek in 2017, Ms. Mueller has become the official BECxP of NYC, directing LEED and non-LEED projects in healthcare and education, on research laboratories, federal/municipal buildings, senior living, and private commercial or residential buildings. Ms. Mueller holds the M.Arch professional degree from the NewSchool of Architecture & Design and the Pre-law B.A. degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University. She is pursuing the AIA credential and is registered with NCARB. She is a certified Infrared Thermographer, and a certified Building Enclosure Commissioning Provider. She is also a member of the USGBC, NAWIC, NWIR, and PWC industry groups.
