Hillary Walter
Current Responsibilities
Hillary Walter is a Senior Director with JLL’s consulting group, based in New York City, where she specializes in integrated strategic portfolio management of Global Real Estate portfolios.
Hillary’s recent experience includes leading global portfolio strategy for an aerospace client’s 81M SF portfolio. In this role, she drove integration across all service lines and global regions through the client’s transition from a business-driven to an enterprise service model.
Experience
In her 20 years of experience, Hillary has worked across a variety of industry sectors including technology, financial services, life sciences and government services. Her early career focused on transactions and account management before shifting to a consultative approach encompassing a more holistic partnership with her clients. She specializes in comprehensive strategy program development and implementation as well as managing integration on a global scale.
Hillary’s experience ranges from helping fast growth clients expand globally to implementing strategies to achieve significant cost and space saving goals.
Education and Affiliations
Hillary earned a BA in English Literature from Bloomsburg University. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York.
