Harry Kucharczyk is a Portfolio Director leading WeWork's NY Leasing Team. Based in Midtown Manhattan, Harry oversees all transactions in WeWork's 34 Midtown assets, amounting to over 2.3 million rentable square feet.  Harry has extensive experience optimizing flexible office real estate performance, managing coworking locations, financial underwriting, and negotiating complex licensing agreements. He manages a team of 15 leasing agents who lead end to end transactions from initial survey inquiries to delivering turnkey spaces and space management technology.

Prior to joining WeWork's Leasing Team in 2020, Harry was an Associate Director in WeWork's Real Estate Advisory Group, where he managed the process of signing new leases, building out space and underwriting flexible membership agreements for enterprise companies. Prior to WeWork, Harry was an Associate at Barclays Investment Bank in the Natural Resources Group.

Harry earned his B.A. in Political Science from Yale University where he was elected the sole captain of the Men's Varsity Lacrosse Team/ Harry also serves as a Junior Board Member for Adventures in Learning and Rising Stars Youth Basketball Foundation.
