Harrison Schaffer is a Vice President of Design & Construction at Rudin Management Company. He is responsible for overseeing and leading design and construction efforts within Rudin’s 4.7-million-square-foot Residential portfolio.

Prior to joining Rudin, Harrison served as Associate Director of Multifamily Construction at Arch Companies in New York City. Previously, he was Head of Apartment Construction at Akelius Residential and a Project Manager at HUBB NYC, both Manhattan based real estate developers.

He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a M.S. in Finance from Johns Hopkins University.
