Born & raised in Queens New York to Afghan parents, Terry Faiz is no stranger to building from the ground up and playing with the boys. In 2009, Terry served in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and completed three tours with US Armed forces as a translator and saw first hand what life would have been like in war torn Afghanistan had her parents stayed behind. After returning from Afghanistan she attended Queens college & majored in Economics before starting her real estate/finance career at Voro. In 2021, Terry also known as Miss I Flip Bricks on social media launched a platform called halalfixandflip..com which enables entry level investors to build wealth by acquiring distressed properties, development deals, & originated construction loans to builders in the true state area. Having funded nearly 75 million in both real estate and loans for investors across the country, Terry continues to focus on off market acquisitions and working with investors to oversee project completion.
