As an insurance professional I have government appointed status as insurance broker in over 19 states and growing to work with U.S. companies to assist them, with U.S. backed trade/credit insurance and working capital guarantee to become exporters with American-made products and compete in the world market. Our U.S. backed programs give U.S. exporters the ability to provide favorable credits terms to approved foreign buyers, in the transaction. As a real estate broker in over 5 states providing private funding/financing for real estate developments and acquisition, including EB-5 component. Therefore, as acquisition managing director for GCF Ventures LLC, we look for qualified deals that would benefit from our funding/financing services both domestic and international. I am poised to work with qualified projects and developments, including EB-5, that would benefit from our funding/financing services.
