George Miroshnikov is the Decarbonization Advisory lead for JLL in the Northeast US. In addition to leading the decarb team based in New York, George manages key client sustainability and zero carbon initiatives. He works with building owners, institutional investors, and corporate occupiers to analyze GHG emissions, establish strategic sustainability programs, and identify Net Zero Carbon pathways. Having previously worked both at MEP design firms and boutique consulting firms, George has acquired a varied perspective of the real estate industry: from the high-level portfolio view to detailed building design & construction. His experience in net zero strategy, sustainable design, and energy engineering spans across all major verticals: from commercial & retail to institutional, healthcare, and multifamily.
