Gary Ceder is a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and has been with the organization since 2005. He is primarily focused tenant-rep office leasing advisory & brokerage. Previously from advertising and media, Gary continues to actively seek out opportunities to collaborative with technology companies while assisting a diverse mix of other organizations in finance, legal, and consulting to name a few. His clients run the gamut from young, growing startups up to and including multi-market, multi-disciplinary accounts. Driving added value and negotiating maximum flexibility are paramount to Gary’s ability to forge meaningful and trusted long-term relationships. He is active in all aspects of service delivery from initial benchmarking and needs assessments, employee surveys and interviews, market due diligence and site tours, proposals & lease negotiations, introductions to other vendors where appropriate, and consistent & regular communication well beyond lease execution.
