Fuquan Collins
VP, Chief Diversity Officer,
Turner Construction Company
With over 20 years of work experience in the construction industry, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion. As the Chief Diversity Officer at Turner Construction, I oversee the development and implementation of policies, programs, and initiatives that foster a culture of respect, belonging, and empowerment for all employees, clients, and partners. I also leverage my skills in project planning, construction safety, and value engineering to support the company's strategic goals and operational excellence. In addition, I serve on the board of two organizations that promote the economic and social development of minority and underserved communities: The New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council and The Brotherhood/Sister Sol. Through these roles, I aim to create positive and lasting impact in the construction sector and beyond. I hold multiple certifications in applied business analytics, diversity and inclusion, and construction project management from prestigious institutions, such as MIT Sloan School of Management and Cornell University. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to the advancement of my field.
