Leading the Citizen Development Program, he bridges business and technology, empowering Arcadians through low-code, data analytics, and AI, with a goal to upskill over 2000 citizen developers by 2026 to drive productivity and efficiency. Recently completing his MBA in citizen development, low-code, and AI, Freek is also a contributor to All Hands on Tech, advocating for digital literacy, collaboration, and responsible innovation.
