Fior is a Digital Programs Leader in the US East + LATAM Region at AECOM. With more than 20 years of experience, she oversees technology implementations on multi-billion-dollar capital infrastructure programs across multiple market sectors, including transportation, water, energy, and aerospace. Fior’s diverse technical background—with expertise in solutions architecture, process engineering, and database design—enables her to provide innovative solutions for her clients, which range from Siemens Energy and Shell Oil to FEMA and NASA as well as multiple state departments of transportation and airport authorities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Keller Graduate School of Management.
