Fikret has managed commercial real estate for 10 years, focused primarily on corporate real estate and facilities management. During this time, he has managed 4 global headquarters and a flagship sales office for Fortune 100 companies. Prior to his career in real estate, Fikret had a successful run in the hospitality industry, providing concierge and consulting services to luxury residential properties. Fikret takes pride in developing deep relationships with client stakeholders and providing world-class service, whether it’s maintaining a Class A asset or enhancing employee experiences. In his spare time, Fikret volunteers with IFMA and serves as a mentor. Born and raised in the Bronx, Fikret has a deep love for New York real estate and the livelihoods the industry supports.
