Eugenia Di Girolamo leads WSP’s Community, Economic and Infrastructure Development practice. She brings extensive expertise in urban design, neighborhood planning, zoning compliance, resilience, and community engagement. Eugenia previously served as Denver’s Chief Urban Designer and as Deputy Director for Urban Design at the New York City Department of City Planning, led neighborhood studies and rezoning proposals, and guided public and private development projects through land use entitlement processes. She brings a people first approach to urban development, ensuring projects are tailored to enhance the quality of life and experience of all users.
