Esin Pektas, PE, RA is a dual-licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Registered Architect (RA) in New York State, bringing over 20 years of expertise in megaprojects, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, urban planning, and construction administration. With a distinguished career spanning North America, Europe, and Asia, Esin has played a pivotal role in managing and delivering transportation infrastructure and engineering projects exceeding $10 billion.
As Vice President of Engineering at OESC Group, a tribally owned Engineering, Science, and Construction firm under the Oneida Nation, Esin leads business unit leaders and directors across infrastructure, transportation, federal, and municipal sectors. She works closely with project controls and business development teams to enhance efficiency, profitability, and continuous process improvement.
Operating on a global scale, OESC has a strong presence across the United States—from the West Coast to the East Coast—and extending internationally to Japan. The firm offers comprehensive in-house services across multiple disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, transportation, RCDD, and technology engineering.
