Erin Honto Schaeffer has been in the NYC real estate industry for over 11 years and has internally worked with some of the fastest growing brokerages and PropTech companies in NYC. She made the Real Deal’s “Fasting Growing Brokerages” list 4 times before making the move to SFR’s and expanding into Global Recruitment. Since 2022, Erin has been consulting for a variety of companies including Top 10 brokerages and start-ups specializing in Real Estate and PropTech. Erin refers to her techniques as data driven with a focus on culture and retention. She has a DEI certification from eCornell and was featured in Corofy’s Mastermind Series, Women in Real Estate Leadership. Erin is a 5 time State Champion hockey player who in her free time is a team captain in the NYC Women’s Hockey League and coaches for the American Special Hockey Association.
