Eric is a Senior Vice President with JLL Project and Development Services, where he leads the Development, Hotels & Hospitality team for the Tri-State Region. Currently, Eric is managing over $150 million in capital improvements at iconic properties such as the St. Regis NY, The Plaza Hotel, and Lotte New York Palace.

Eric’s roles as architect, project manager, construction administrator and owner’s representative in building development and production have resulted in the successful completion of many high-profile projects and long-term relationships with clients. His keen attention to detail contributes to every phase of a project, from concept to completion. 

Prior to joining JLL, Eric was a Senior Project Manager with GFI Development in New York City. Previously, he was an Associate Principal with Adache Group Architects and a Project Manager at Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design, both prominent architecture and design firms in South Florida.
