Emily is passionate about utilizing technology to find new and better ways to work.

Emily Belote is an Innovation Manager at Turner Construction Company where she works to advance innovations that may shape the future of construction.

As an innovation manager, Emily has overseen the development of new software solutions; guided innovation management and strategy; and led efforts to develop strategic partnerships with construction technology start-ups around the world. She also focuses on the research and application of emerging technology trends to overcome construction challenges.

Emily is passionate about utilizing technology to find new and better ways to work. She has expertise in virtual design and construction (VDC) and has served in various roles during her 10 years with Turner. Emily was also the Director of Building Information Modeling (BIM) at Jaros, Baum & Bolles, a leading engineering consultancy, where she advanced her technical knowledge of BIM at the firm through the establishment of a dedicated BIM division and the standardization of modeling practices.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture, and Master's in both Construction Management and Business Administration from Virginia Tech.

In her free time, Emily enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with her family.
