Eli Gottlieb joined Thornton Tomasetti in 1996 and is Co-Leader of the New York Metropolitan Region. Eli has managed technically challenging and creative projects across the country along with multiple highrise towers in NYC and the Hudson Yards.  His experience includes structural analysis, design, and review of a wide variety of structures, new and existing, including high-rise commercial buildings, hotels, sports facilities, historic structures, and cultural and academic facilities. He earned a bachelor’s degree in structural engineering and architecture from Princeton University and a master’s degree in civil engineering and engineering mechanics from Columbia University.
