Over 35 years of experience in the fields of design and construction management, including alternative delivery and design-build. Twenty years of experience at senior management level, including reconstruction of the $3.8-billion One World Trade Center project, as well as approximately $12 billion in numerous new construction, renovation, rehabilitation and adaptive re-use projects, and facility and infrastructure expansion and capital improvement initiatives in the public and private sectors.
Currently serving as NYC's DDC Deputy Commissioner for Mega Projects, including the multi-billion-dollar Borough-Based Jails Program.
