With over 20 years of experience, Dwayne Carter is an accomplished environmental health & safety professional and has played a critical role in the successful implementation of safety at various firms throughout his career.

As JRM’s Director of Environmental Health & Safety (NY/NJ/CA), Dwayne identifies and achieves departmental goals and objectives, oversees the performance and effectiveness of management teams, manages effective relationships, communicates with internal and external business partners and stakeholders, serves as the key technical contributor and providing leadership for corporate initiatives requiring construction industry safety, health information and resources, and collaborates closely with JRM’s Training, Construction, Marketing, Legal, Risk Management, Purchasing, Human Resources, Accounting and Estimating Departments.
