Mr. Glorie is an STV vice president and leader of the Environmental Services group.  Doug is seasoned environmental engineer, Certified Industrial Hygienist, LEED AP and Envision sustainability professional with more than 30 years of experience managing a wide range of environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, and sustainability projects.  Doug serves as the point-of-contact for various on-call environmental services agreements with the MTA, NYCHA, DASNY, and NYCSCA, and is Environmental Manager for Design-Build projects.  Doug currently serves as Chair of the ACEC NY Construction Safety Committee.
