Dhruma is a Project Controls Specialist at STV Inc, focusing on cost management and control. In her current role, she is providing PMIS control services for the One Brooklyn Healthcare System (OBHS) Program and FEMA funded NYC Health + Hospital’s Capital Construction Program. With close to half a decade of experience in the construction industry across US and India, she has worked on residential, educational as well as healthcare projects on various aspects of construction management such as - project planning and scheduling, site layout and optimization, project technical audit, overheads monitoring, and construction claim management. Dhruma also assists in mentoring the students at Columbia University’s Center for Buildings, Infrastructure, and Public Spaces, a first-of-its-kind practicum centered around traditional and agile project management methodologies.

Dhruma completed her Bachelor’s in Construction Technology from CEPT, India and Master’s in Construction Engineering and Management from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, USA.
