Devin Brown is a Senior Director, Transactions Management at JLL in New York City. He leads a team of transaction mangers for a multinational financial services account, overseeing the end-to-end transactions process across their Americas portfolio. Devin focuses on engaging stakeholders throughout a transaction to ensure visibility for planning, construction, and occupancy phases. Prior to his work in the commercial real estate strategy and leasing space, Devin was a Senior Manager on the account’s Infrastructure Planning and Engineering team, where he was responsible for technical scope development and construction oversight on Americas capital projects.  

Before JLL, Devin worked as a MEP consultant who provided technical direction on base building and tenant system designs for residential high-rise, commercial, educational, and health care projects. Devin is a licensed real estate salesperson and licensed professional engineer in the State of New York. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a MBA from Baruch College.
