Dareen Salama
Dareen is the Co-Founder and CEO of Gryps, a construction technology startup powered by AI and Robotic Process Automation in NYC. Gryps is a fully managed AI platform providing capital project owners with unified search and analytics across all their data and documents.
Dareen has focused her career in the AEC industry on the application of technology, linking multiple aspects of project/construction management including cost, schedule and facility information using artificial intelligence, data analytics, building information modeling (BIM) and other emerging
technologies.
Dareen completed her MBA at Harvard Business School in 2020. Dareen is a founding board member of Contech Alliance in NYC (technology focused industry group), an active member of CMAA, and an associate member of ASCE. Prior to business school she served as the co-chair of the CMAA National Emerging Technologies Committee. Dareen is also an industry advisor to Columbia University's Global Leaders in Construction Management Program.
