As a Lesbian Woman working in the Business and Industrial supplies sales world, I found with my 15 years in the business that only the past 3-5 years did i start to see more woman, woman of color and woman in the LGBT community. I started the PRIDE ERG in my company and handle my branches philanthropy, which enables our Company to give back to our community through our "Day of Service". With my heavy focus being within the construction field for my Company i was able to drive the Construction vertical to better assist our employees set our construction clients up for success.
